1.) Warranty claims must be made at the time of service booking and must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

2.) If order numbers are used, order number must be supplied prior to commencement of work.

3.) Any Quotation given shall be regarded as an estimate only and subject to correction or alteration at any time.

4.) Any additional work considered essential the customer will be notified prior to work being carried out.

5.) All repairs under $500.00 will be carried out automatically unless a Quote is specifically requested.

6.) Quote Fee applies should a Quote be requested (QUOTE FEE $140.00 + GST)

7.) Warranty Coverage on Repaired Items: All parts replaced and work completed is Guaranteed for three months (90 days) from date of completion of repair, under proper use.

8.) A fee of $140.00 + GST will be charged for all work cancelled and not carried out.

9.) All items not picked up within fourteen days of notification of completion of repair or cancelled quote will incur Storage Fees ($40 a week).

10.) Transportation, Insurance, Delivery and Handling charges incurred in the transport of the equipment to and from Dia-Tool will be borne by the customer. Dia-Tool shall under no circumstances by held responsible for damages during transport to and from Services Centers or loss in transit.
